Every year around this time, I am strangely drawn to pictures of the World Beard and Moustache Championships because... well... these guys make some of my higher maintenance girlfriends look like hair-care slackers.

And I'm kind of fascinated by people who go out of their way to make themselves essentially undate-able. Ponder it.
